Services

VideoPro Studios provides video production services, including but not limited to pre-production planning, filming, video editing, animation, and post-production services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Service with or without notice. Our liability for any discontinued service will be limited to a refund of any pre-paid fees for the uncompleted portion of the service.
All projects undertaken by VideoPro Studios are subject to our internal quality control processes. However, the final approval of the video content rests with the client. We are not responsible for any issues arising from content approved by the client.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of VideoPro Studios or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on the Website without our express written permission.
Regarding video productions, the ownership of the final video product will be determined as per the agreement signed before commencement of the project. In most cases, the client owns the final product upon full payment, but VideoPro Studios retains the right to use the video for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Any raw footage or project files created during the production process remain the property of VideoPro Studios, unless specifically transferred to the client as part of the agreed-upon deliverables.
User Content
If you submit any content to the Website (e.g., comments, reviews, or testimonials), you grant VideoPro Studios a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you submit; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate these Terms and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify VideoPro Studios for all claims resulting from content you supply.
